Brut “Vidal Ferré” has the style of our caves. Its color is gold-bright green. Its structure is of an authentic cava associated with finesse and freshness. The balance in the taste between its young and impertinent spirit with floral notes, fine and light bubbles and its large live taste, open the senses in the pursuit of the pleasure of the perfection.

Varieties: Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel.lo
Alcohol contents: 11.5 % vol.
Elaboration and aging: second fermentation in the bottle at 16°C. Aged on the lees, for at least 15 months. Manual clarification in racks.
Taste: The color is gold-bright green with fine bubbles. Fine floral aroma. Mouth taste of fresh fruits. Fresh, structured and retains a very good acidity.
Serve between 6-7°C.
