The long aging in the caves provides unique characteristics and a color of slightly golden straw, fine bubbles and a few beads of structure in the mouth of preserving freshness. Harmonious and complex aromas of ripe fruits, wild herbs, smoked and cakes are in the tasting of cava.

Varieties: Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel.lo
Alcohol contents: 11.5 % vol.
Elaboration and aging: second fermentation in the bottle at 16°C. Aged on the lees, for at least 15 months. Manual clarification in racks.
Taste: The color is bright straw yellow, with fine bubbles. In the nose have aromas of ripe fruits, citrus and spices. In the mouth, are confirmed the flavors appreciated in the nose, together with good acidity and fine bubbles.
Serve between 6-7°C.
