In the middle of the western site of municipality, in the road that connects Santes Creus and Pontons, near the Bruell stream, affluent of Gai\u00e0 River.<\/p>\n<p>Historically, the land of Les Pobles belonged to the Santes Creus monastery. Les Pobles and Santes Creus share the celebration in honor of Santa Ll\u00facia, on 13 December, and also is celebrated the first Sunday of May, as in 1860 an smallpox epidemic hit the village.
