Harmonious and complex aromas of ripe fruits, wild herbs, smoked and cakes are in the tasting of cava.<\/p>\n<p>Varieties: Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel.lo<br \/>\nAlcohol contents: 11.5 % vol.<br \/>\nElaboration and aging: second fermentation in the bottle at 16\u00b0C. Aged on the lees, for at least 15 months. Manual clarification in racks.<br \/>\nTaste: The color is bright straw yellow, with fine bubbles. In the nose have aromas of ripe fruits, citrus and spices.
